Processing Times
Orders are carefully packed in small batches and typically ship within 3-5 business days. During new releases and higher-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping
Speech with Hope currently ships within the United States for a flat rate of $10. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Speech with Hope is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns
Due to the small-batch nature of our products, all sales are final. 

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll be happy to help!
